You will work with top journeymen and master techs on complex commercial/industrial HVAC systems in Manhattan and the surrounding region, including hospitals, data centers, and high-rise buildings.

Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC systems in critical environments, diagnosing issues with cutting-edge diagnostics and real-time monitoring, and ensuring first-time fixes with on-time returns. You will contribute to a culture where problems are solved collaboratively and knowledge is shared across the team.

• Latest diagnostic technology and monitoring systems

• Base: $35-$60/hour (higher for specialized skills)
• OT:
  Abundant at time and a half
• Bonuses:

• 3+ years commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal, valid license, OSHA SST
