The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bronx, NY. The Associate will support day‑to‑day operations, including assisting with carpentry and painting projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing tools and materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires collaboration with team members, effective communication, and the ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.

• Basic skills in carpentry and painting, including measurements, material selection, and surface preparation.

• Capability to work in a physically demanding, on‑site role, including lifting and moving materials.
