Role DescriptionThe Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bronx, NY. The Associate will support day‑to‑day operations, including assisting with carpentry and painting projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing tools and materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires collaboration with team members, effective communication, and the ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
Qualifications- Basic skills in carpentry and painting, including measurements, material selection, and surface preparation.
- Ability to handle tools and equipment commonly used in construction and painting projects.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail, focus on quality, and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate closely with fellow associates and supervisors.
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or painting is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or carpentry is advantageous.
- Capability to work in a physically demanding, on‑site role, including lifting and moving materials.
