With 35 locations open and more than 50 in the pipeline worldwide, the brand is expanding its reach while remaining rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and community connection. We are seeking morning/afternoon Guest services specialists (called a “Golf Attendant”).

Golf Attendants deliver exceptional service and genuine hospitality, get to know Guests on a first-name basis, and develop proficiency with our equipment, including golf simulators. Golf Attendants report directly to the GM of Performance.

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience
• Actively check in with guests at the bar and in assigned simulators to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the golf simulators to guide guests in selecting gameplay, explain data outputs, and enhance their overall experience
• Assist in organizing golf bag storage, managing golf equipment, and performing basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, and memberships. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell
• Provide informative, engaging tours of the facility
• Follow Five Iron standards for guest engagement, including a first drink prompt, upselling, and adherence to service scripts
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings; present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and use upselling techniques
• Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure golf simulators and surrounding areas are clean and guest-ready
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness
• Verify guests  legal drinking age

• Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but not required
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
