KNG Construction Co Inc is seeking skilled, dependable Residential Carpenters to join our Field Operations team. This role is hands‑on and critical to delivering high‑quality residential projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced craftsman who takes pride in their work, works well on a team, and is looking for a long‑term opportunity with room to grow in a respectful, professional environment.

• Perform residential carpentry work including framing, drywall (rocking), and finish carpentry
• Hang doors, install molding and trim, and complete punch‑list items
• Read and follow basic plans, layouts, and supervisor direction
• Maintain quality standards and jobsite cleanliness
• Use personal tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently to keep projects on schedule

6+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred

• Strong skills in:
  • Framing
  • Drywall / rocking
  • Hanging doors
  • Molding and finish work
• Must have own tools
• OSHA certification required
• Valid work authorization (working papers required)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional on the jobsite
• Uniforms provided
• Personal tool replacement program
