Service boilers and gas hookups within commercial buildings in NYC;
Work within the Plumbing Code and Boiler Code to ensure compliance;
Perform performance testing and service tasks on plumbing systems;
Repair plumbing and boilers in buildings ranging from 6 to 60 stories;
Provide excellent customer service, interacting with dispatchers and maintenance managers
