Location: Loudonville
ABM Industries - Up to $32.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintain, test, upgrade, and repair fire alarm systems, intrusion alarms, call boxes, and related life-safety equipment.;
Install and service low-voltage wiring, electronic components, and system cabling.;
Submit detailed notes and work summaries in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).;
Provide guidance and technical oversight to Fire Alarm Technician I staff, ensuring code-compliant work practices.;
Communicate regularly with supervisors, peers, and campus departments via email and established reporting channels.
