HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview

Thermo Tech Mechanical Inc is seeking to hire an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing service and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong diagnostic, repair, and installation capabilities across a wide range of mechanical systems.

• 10 years of mechanical HVAC experience
• Proven ability to service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems
• Valid NYS Torch License (Certificate of Fitness FDNY)
• Experience working in retail buildings, office buildings, high-end residential homes, multi-family properties, government facilities

• Roofing units (RTU)
• Split systems
• VRF systems
• Refrigeration systems
• Compressors
• PTAC units
• Pumps
• Unit ventilators
• Space heaters/convectors
• Chilled water/hot water systems
• VAV systems & controls

• Hourly pay $35.00 – $40.00 based on experience
• Paid vacation

Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $35 – $40 hourly
