Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Per Diem: $170 per day for out-of-town work

We are seeking an experienced Workover Rig Operator to lead rig operations and oversee a crew of 3–4 personnel. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a workover rig, tubing operations, and related oilfield equipment. Out-of-town assignments are compensated with a $170 per day per diem, paid in addition to hourly wages. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience running a workover rig and can confidently manage daily rig activities while maintaining strict safety compliance.

• Operate and maintain a workover rig in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 rig personnel
• Perform tubing operations including picking up and laying down tubing
• Operate tongs, elevators, slips, and related rig equipment
• Monitor rig performance and adjust operations as needed
• Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Oversee pump and tank operations
• Load and unload tools, supplies, and rig components
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and oilfield safety regulations

• 3–5 years of experience operating a workover rig
• Proven ability to perform all aspects of rig operations
• Strong knowledge of tubing procedures and rigging techniques
• Experience with pump and tank operations
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent climbing, standing, and working at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing all rig floor duties
