Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Maintenance Supervisor role located in Bronx, NY. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure elevators are safe and well‑maintained, while managing preventive maintenance schedules and providing technical troubleshooting for equipment issues. The role requires supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repair schedules, assessing equipment performance, and supporting modernization and upgrade initiatives to ensure compliance with safety and code requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proven supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance management.
  • Expertise in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Experience in maintenance & repair, with strong technical and hands‑on abilities.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Familiarity with code compliance and safety protocols in elevator operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with teams, building owners, and management.
  • Technical certifications in elevator or mechanical systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern elevator systems and equipment is a plus.
