• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that enhance their pest‑management plan.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property using techniques taught in training.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

• Experience in the service or skilled trades industries preferred.
• Experience in a professional driving/route management role a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
