Friendly Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance duties throughout our building and grounds in Forest Home, New York. Responsibilities include light carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping, as well as maintaining building security and supporting our Culture of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of relevant experience, and a valid NYS driver's license. We offer a supportive work environment focused on quality care.
