US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Expertly mixes and serves a complete range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while managing all financial transactions, including recording sales and handling cash or charge payments.;
Maintains bar inventory by tracking beverage usage, submitting re-stocking requests, and verifying the quantity and description of all incoming supplies.;
Ensures the bar, utensils, equipment, and entire work area are kept in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition at all times.;
Uses tact and professional judgment to deny service to individuals who appear intoxicated or become unruly, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
