Compensation & Schedule

* Hourly pay: $30-$40 (based on experience)

* Production bonuses available

* Full-time schedule - no nights or weekends

Responsibilities

* Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager

* Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics, hydrostatic, and electrical systems)

* Perform welding and fabrication work as needed

* Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates

* Maintain accurate repair records and documentation

* Stay up to date on industry and technical advancements

* Communicate with the factory for technical assistance

* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Hands-on experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting

* Welding experience required

* Ability to travel within assigned territory for field service

* Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

* Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
