GOOD PAY - We offer a pay plan that includes performance-based bonuses so when the shop does better, you do better! Our pay ranges from $80K - $120K per year

QualificationsABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years under their belt working in a professional diesel repair business. This role offers the opportunity to work on specialized emergency vehicles, perform critical repairs, and develop your skills through ongoing training.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, hydraulics, and other heavy-duty systems on emergency vehicles
- Conduct vehicle maintenance including tire service, shocks & struts, wheel alignments, and electrical diagnostics
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Fabricate or modify parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently while performing repairs and maintenance tasks
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately in service records
