We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Mechanic II to support maintenance operations for bikeshare bicycles, kayaks, micro mobility equipment, and related recreational assets throughout Newburyport, MA and neighboring communities. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanic or service technician who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in safe and reliable equipment, and is comfortable traveling to support multiple locations.
The Mechanic II will perform inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, documentation, and field support to help keep fleets safe, functional, and available for customers.
The right candidate should be self-motivated, safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working independently during stand-alone service visits, including overnight travel when needed.
