SEIU Training and Employment Funds is seeking maintenance employees responsible for the upkeep of heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems in hospitals. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED/TASC and a minimum of one year experience in the trade.
In addition to the main responsibilities, employees will be expected to perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical tasks, and carpentry. Candidates need to provide proper documentation of their trade skills, licenses, and vaccinations are mandatory.
