Welding & Fabricator Helper

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry‑Level Welding and Fabrication Helper to join our Equipment Division team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a hands‑on career in a skilled trade.

This role is ideal for someone who works well in a team environment, takes direction easily, and is committed to producing quality results while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

• Welding of carbon and stainless‑steel pipe and sheets
• Assist senior technicians and fabricators with daily tasks and projects
• Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and deburring
• Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the shop and job sites
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
• Travel as needed for equipment installation or service visits to customers
• Demonstrate daily alignment with the A.R.I.E.S. Way (Accountability, Reliability, Integrity, Expertise, and Safety) while supporting Aries Chemicals Mission and advancing our Vision through decisions, behaviors, and performance
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum Education:
  
  GED or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of welding/fabricating
• Driver's License:
  Valid Class D (Operator) license
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting and follow directions

• Must be physically fit and able to lift 5070 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
• Able to wear a respirator when required (training provided)
• Must have no physical restrictions that would prevent safe job performance

• Must pass drug and alcohol screening tests
• Participate in an in‑person interview including a basic skills evaluation
• Willingness to travel when required
