We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for a range of applications including sidewalks, floors, driveways, and structural footings.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete materials, curing processes, and safety protocols. • Prepare and inspect concrete surfaces to ensure correct placement and finishing.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete following project specifications and safety standards.
• Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
• Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, brushing, and stamping to achieve desired textures and patterns.
• Monitor curing processes and apply sealers or other protective coatings as required.
• Coordinate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, finishing techniques, and curing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to use personal protective equipment effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a construction team.
