Location: New York
Bike Mechanic
Location:
On site.
Compensation: $21 - $23 per hour plus average KPI bonus of $400–$600 per month, with quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities- Assemble new e‑bikes with precision in our workshop environment.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical issues on bikes for optimal performance.
- Maintain the bike fleet through systematic inspections and routine maintenance.
- Perform express bike repairs, prioritizing timely solutions for delivery drivers.
- Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, including assembly and maintenance of electric bicycles.
- Strong physical capability; ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities.
- Availability on weekdays and weekends.
- Bicycle Mechanic certification is a plus.
- Training provided.
- Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, public holidays).
- Flexible 8‑hour shifts.
