Job Description

Medel Construction Management is seeking reliable, motivated, and skilled individuals to join our growing team. Employees will perform a variety of construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks for commercial and residential properties throughout the Northeast region. The ideal candidate must be dependable, professional, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or with a crew in fast-paced environments.

• Perform general construction and maintenance work
• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and repair tasks
• Install and repair doors, locks, fixtures, and building components
• Perform demolition, framing, patching, and finishing work
• Read and follow scopes of work, blueprints, and work orders
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and supervisors
• Load/unload materials and transport tools as needed
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Take before-and-after photos and document completed work
• Respond to emergency service calls when required
