Technician Crew Lead who can run jobs, lead from the front, and uphold high standards for performance and people. Lead and execute CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) installations from start to finish. Run the job site: plan the day, assign responsibilities, and keep projects on track. Operate and oversee curing systems, equipment, and installation processes. Monitor quality, performance, and safety throughout each project.
Handle job documentation (logs, materials, safety reports). Communicate with project managers and dispatch on progress and expectations. Travel daily, with occasional out-of-state work depending on projects. Set the tone and raise the standard.
Experience in construction, utilities, or field-based work; prior experience leading a crew or supervising a team; strong leadership presence with the ability to direct, coach, and hold people accountable; mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and systems; organized and able to keep jobs moving under pressure; valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus); OSHA certification and confined space experience (or willingness to obtain);
physically capable of handling demanding outdoor work in all conditions; bonus if you have experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation or CIPP.
