We are looking to fill a full‑time permanent HVAC Installer position. Our company is a lite commercial and residential contractor, specializing in high‑end residential split systems, lite commercial split & package systems, sheet‑metal ductwork, and heat‑pump systems. We offer top wages and benefits with support for a path to achieve maximum potential.
Responsibilities- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, split systems, duct‑free, and rooftop units.
- Work with sheet‑metal ductwork, fittings, and accessories.
- Cut, solder, braz, thread, and otherwise fabricate piping.
- Install humidification systems and associated accessories.
- Install control wiring and thermostats.
- Start up installed equipment and adjust to manufacturer and job specifications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues.
- Maintain required documentation for each installation, including a complete startup record.
- Show a customer‑service attitude and collaborate well within a team environment.
- Continuously improve knowledge of general HVAC practices.
- Drive according to a valid driver’s license.
- 5 years HVAC installation experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience (required).
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
- Full‑time employment, 10‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
- Signing bonus available.
- Salary based on experience; competitive and top pay.
