We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues (cooling and heating).
- Repair and service HVAC equipment including:
- Rooftop units (RTU)
- Mini Split systems
- Package units
- Heat pumps
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups.
- Replace parts such as motors, belts, contractors, capacitors, sensors, relays, and boards.
- Check refrigerant pressures, superheat/subcooling, and system performance.
- Perform startup and shutdown procedures safely and correctly.
Complete service reports and communicate job updates to management/customer. Maintain clean, organized work practices and protect customer property. Follow safety standards, company policies, and jobsite rules at all times.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years HVAC Technician experience (required).
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC problems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems and controls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
- Must have own hand tools (company may provide specialty tools).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.
