About Us

We’re a well-established, Brooklyn-based construction firm specializing in commercial interior renovations. We handle projects ranging from small tenant improvements to full interior build-outs. As a smaller company, every team member plays a key role — we value professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Foreman/Construction Superintendent capable of leading projects in the field from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong carpentry background, excellent coordination skills, and proven longevity with previous employers. This role involves both hands‑on work and jobsite oversight depending on project size and scope.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial interior renovation projects.
  • Coordinate all trades, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain site safety and quality.
  • Read and interpret drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
  • Work hands‑on with tools when needed, especially on smaller projects.
  • Communicate clearly with the office, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Track progress, materials, and field issues.
  • Lead by example with professionalism and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial interior renovation.
  • Background as a carpenter or trade foreman required.
  • Experience supervising trades and scheduling day‑to‑day work.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and field coordination.
  • Trade school, engineering, or architectural education.
  • NYC experience and OSHA training a plus.
  • Must demonstrate steady employment history and reliability.
Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience.

If you take pride in both craftsmanship and leadership — and appreciate working in a tight‑knit, professional environment — we’d like to hear from you.
