Responsibilities: The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for the overall installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, fittings, and control wiring. The installer ensures projects remain within the budgeted labor hours outlined by the installation manager. If projects begin to fall outside the labor budget, the installer informs the installation manager and develops a plan to correct the situation. The lead installer also performs duct pressure testing on all projects and interprets results.

The role includes maintaining and controlling truck stock levels and replenishment, and developing and training helpers to advance their knowledge of the installation process.

Years of experience in HVAC installation, leadership experience, strong communication skills, ability to read and act on duct pressure tests, and knowledge of material handling and stock control.
