Salary Range: $24.50 - $26.00 Hourly

• Repair and upgrade refrigeration equipment
• Maintain existing refrigeration equipment
• Understand the operations of vending machines and beverage equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions and defects in equipment
• Read blueprints and electrical/electronic schematics
• Grasp electrical and plumbing concepts
• Operate tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems

Candidates must have weekend availability throughout the year as part of their regular schedule. Occasional weekend shifts are an essential aspect of this position. Flexibility to work additional hours, including holidays, may also be required based on the needs of the business.

This position will report to Big Geyser's Brentwood, NY facility.

• Practiced in safe work habits
• Able to safely replace mechanical and electrical components including motors, starter, switches, solenoids, pumps, refrigeration valves, and compressors
• Able to respond to unplanned breakdowns with a sense of urgency
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a self‑starter with impeccable attention to detail; can multitask and work well in a fast‑paced environment

• High School Diploma
• Experience with in the Beverage Industry is a huge plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Preferred Refrigeration Certificates
