As a Journeyman Glazier, you will serve as a cornerstone of our field operations, trusted to execute high-quality installations and represent our commitment to promises kept with quality.

You will work closely with our Project Superintendent as a key partner in delivering successful projects across diverse job sites.

• Travel to multiple project locations to perform professional glass installation, repair, and maintenance across a variety of commercial environments.
• Collaborate directly with the Project Superintendent, providing updates, insights, and support throughout each phase of the project.
• Execute precise installations using industry‑standard techniques and tools, ensuring all work meets strict quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Contribute to our company reputation by consistently delivering workmanship that reflects pride, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Completion of a glazier apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.

• Ability to lift, carry, transport, and install glass.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to lift 80 LBS.
• Team player.
• Ability to work under stressful situations.
• Ability to read shop & blueprints.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to the Project Superintendent.
• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must have means of transportation.
• Travel required.
