We’re seeking a licensed electrician or experienced journeyman ready to step into a dynamic role that includes everything from residential panel upgrades to high-voltage wiring for cutting-edge HVAC systems. You’ll be part of a team that values skill, integrity, and growth—supported by leadership that invests in your future.

You’re a motivated electrician who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and wants to expand your skillset with high-performance HVAC systems. You can:

Upgrade electrical panels to 200 amps

Wire high-voltage systems for Mitsubishi mini splits

Install Generac backup generators

Work efficiently on job sites while maintaining safety and professionalism

Communicate clearly with project leads and clients

$40.00+/hour starting pay (DOE)

Brand new service truck

Full 40-hour work week

Weekly pay + supplemental performance bonuses

Panel upgrades and breaker installs

Generator installation (Generac certified preferred or willing to train)

Coordinate with HVAC installation team on project timelines

Document completed work and pass inspections

Licensed NY electrician or verifiable journeyman experience

Must pass a background check

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces

Ability to read electrical schematics and follow NEC codes

Own basic electrician’s hand tools

Comfortable with mobile apps and job tracking tools
