Commercial Painters Wanted
We are a large, stable, and premier commercial painting firm headquartered in Northern Westchester County. As we expand our footprint across large-scale commercial projects and major new construction developments, we are seeking Elite Painters with professional standards to join our high-production team. If you are a serious professional with extensive experience in fast-paced commercial environments and a commitment to zero-compromise safety, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity:
- Steady Work:
Year-round work with an established company that stays busy through all seasons. - Standard Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
- Prevailing Wage Potential:
Access to high-tier public work projects with Prevailing Wage rates ranging from $50–$80 per hour.
Role Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years in commercial painting, specifically within large-scale new construction. - Technical Skill:
Mastery of paint sprayers, and high-production equipment. - Fast-Paced Efficiency:
Proven ability to excel in rapid, high-volume commercial environments while maintaining "Elite" quality. - Safety Compliance:
Strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and job site protocols is mandatory. For NYC-based projects, 40-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) is highly preferred. - Professionalism:
Hardworking, reliable, and a team-first attitude. You must be able to manage project timelines and interface professionally with site managers. - Logistics:
Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation.
Service Areas:
Our primary project sites are located in Westchester and Putnam Counties, Southern Connecticut, and New York City, with occasional projects in New Jersey with occasional travel work and overnight stays. Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
