Service Technician; Entry Level and Experienced

Service Technician Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and learning new skills.

No direct RV experience required — we are willing to train the right person who has drive, reliability, and a strong desire to learn.

Individuals with experience in any hands-on or technical field are encouraged to apply, including:

• General maintenance
• Automotive or mechanical work
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Appliance repair
• Construction or trade work

• Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and technical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Document work performed and communicate findings with the team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Learn new skills through on-the-job training and mentorship

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Technician pay for training as hourly, then move to flat-rate along with, great benefits, which include, medical, vision, and dental insurance, a company sponsored 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
