Making safety and preventive maintenance inspections of utility systems;
Applying accepted steam fitting and pipe fitting trade methods and techniques to solve issues that arise on site;
Conducting preventive maintenance activities on steam fitting and plumbing equipment throughout a health care facility;
Interpreting and apply building plans and blueprints
