Aircraft Maintenance/ Mechanic
Overview of the Position
Execute aircraft and aviation maintenance of components within timelines established by customer, FAA and ATC quality standards. Aircraft components include pneumatic valves, electromechanical actuators, and electrical components.
Responsibilities- Test and repair aircraft components in accordance with company-provided data and training.
- Assemble and disassemble various components of aircraft during repairs and maintenance.
- Adjust, align and calibrate components using hand tools, gauges and other equipment.
- Ensure compliance with FAA and company standards.
- Resolve complex technical problems and troubleshoot unusual repairs.
- Perform compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Automotive, HVAC and/or Electrical knowledge.
- Ability and desire to learn the Aerospace Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must work well in a team environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools.

- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Frequently required to talk or listen.
- Works in moderate noise levels.
- Travel less than 1%.
This position is classified as a safety‑sensitive role and is subject to FAA and DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations (14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40). Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre‑employment DOT urine drug test and ongoing, unannounced random testing. Refusal or a verified positive result will result in immediate removal from safety‑sensitive duties.
