Facilities Maintenance Technician
Prepare apartments between residents, ensuring units are clean, safe, and move-in ready.
Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.
Repair and patch drywall, then sand and finish for painting.
Complete basic carpentry repairs, including doors, trim, cabinets, and fixtures.
Replace light bulbs, light fixtures, locks, and other hardware.
Assist with appliance repairs, installations, and replacements.
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
Clean common areas, remove trash, and maintain property cleanliness.
Complete general building maintenance and repairs.
Assist with apartment renovations and unit refresh projects.
This is a permanent position based out of Guilderland, NY.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
