Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Brewster, NY Shift: M-F 1st shift Pay: $33/hr to $37/hr

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and overseeing contracted maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation, while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Proven ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; diagnose malfunctions; and perform corrective actions.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
