We are a well‑established HVAC company serving Port St. Lucie, FL, with a strong reputation for excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. As we continue expanding our HVAC division, we are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in both installation and service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and light commercial clients.
Responsibilities- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and multi‑family properties
- Lead system installations according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Perform service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Replace defective components and restore system performance
- Accurately document equipment serviced, parts used, and hours worked
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and repair options
- Recommend system upgrades or improvements when appropriate
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (installation and service)
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety standards
- Experience working in residential and multi‑family environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Valid HVAC license or certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- $22 – $39 per hour (based on experience)
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus
