The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing our presence in the HVAC market by delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial clients.

• Lead the installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on existing HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues and replacing parts as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining service options, and recommending system upgrades or improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment serviced, parts used, and hours worked.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on installation and service work in single and multi‑family buildings.
• Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as needed.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
