Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who not only excels technically but also has the ability to lead, mentor, and oversee other technicians in the field.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations, guiding team members, and upholding company standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and specifications.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior technicians and installers in the field.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems when needed.
- Serve as a technical expert and point of contact for complex jobs and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with all HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly explaining systems, services, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Extensive experience as an HVAC Technician, with strong expertise in installation, maintenance, and system diagnostics.
- Proven ability lead teams and manage job sites effectively
. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid HVAC license or certification preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead HVAC role.
- Experience managing teams in residential and/or commercial projects.
