Westchester County, NY — Full-Time | Day Shift | No Nights | No Sundays

Base pay: $20 – $25/hr + Bonuses. Top performers earn $30 – $35/hr at Sir Grout, we restore and protect some of the most valuable surfaces in homes and businesses. • Restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties
• Perform color sealing, caulking, and minor repairs
• Operate professional restoration equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify add-on opportunities

• Tile, flooring, or stone work
• Handyman, construction, or maintenance
• Auto detailing or restoration services
• Pressure washing, painting, or home services

• Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet all day
• Able to pass a background screening if required

Your base pay is $20 – $25/hour based on experience — guaranteed every week. On top of that, you earn volume-based bonuses tied to weekly production. Technicians who produce consistently and deliver quality work reach $30 – $35/hour in total compensation. Five-star customer reviews boost your weekly bonus, and there are additional quarterly bonuses for sustained performance.
