Carpenter - Commercial Kitchens, Bathrooms, Doors, Drywall, and Finish

G-Net Construction is hiring a full‑time Carpenter to support commercial kitchen, bathroom, door, drywall, and finish work across NYC. This is a hands‑on field position for a skilled carpenter with experience in occupied commercial and institutional renovation projects.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, works neatly, communicates well, and can perform quality carpentry work with limited supervision.

• Perform carpentry work on kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial interiors
• Install doors, frames, hardware, windows, trim, and finish materials
• Perform drywall, framing, cement board, and patching work
• Assist with bathroom waterproofing, tile backing, and related preparation work
• Install cabinets, blocking, fixtures, and miscellaneous carpentry items
• Read basic drawings, layouts, and field instructions
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades
• Keep tools, materials, and job sites clean and organized

• 5+ years of carpentry field experience preferred
• OSHA-40 required for NYC field work
• Must be able to work on the books
• Must have own carpentry hand tools and basic power tools
• Must communicate clearly and follow direction from supervisors
• Must work neatly and keep job sites organized
• Must have experience with commercial interior renovation work

• Staten Island resident with a valid driver’s license is strongly preferred, but not required
• Kitchen and bathroom renovation experience is a plus
• Door, hardware, drywall, and finish carpentry experience is a plus
• Basic blueprint reading is a plus
• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, or tile skills are a plus
