Highly Skilled Maintenance Technician in Residential Property Management needed at Erie Station Village in West Henrietta, NY.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license. A min. 3 years’ experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.
Maintenance Technician skills required
: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.
High School Diploma or greater required.
