Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and diagnose equipment problems;
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and manuals;
Provide excellent customer service and obtain customer signature on service acknowledgements;
Participate in an on-call rotation
