Tiello is partnered with a family-owned Commercial Roofing Contractor in Manhattan, NY in their search for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman
.
As a Commercial Roofing Foreman
, you will supervise, train, and lead a crew of 4–5 on commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise roofing crew to ensure quality work and safety compliance
- Review production drawings, attend project meetings, and communicate with management
- Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines and budget
- Train and coach crew members and subcontractors
- Maintain tools, equipment, and material inventory
- Submit reports, timesheets, and job documentation accurately
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness and adherence to OSHA standards
- Interact professionally with clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience (PVC & TPO REQUIRED)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs, work at heights, and in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and work occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Standing seam and metal panel experience a plus
