Kiosk Maintenance Technician
Intersection Long Island City, New York, United States
As a Kiosk Maintenance Technician at Intersection, you will assist in maintaining these kiosks in NYC. You should be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and you must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. You should be comfortable working in the elements year-round. Knowledge of Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs is a plus.
Hours:
6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Kiosk paint maintenance
- Kiosk aesthetic replacements
- Tablet aesthetic replacements
- Netcap remediations
- Netcap install
- Air filter replacement
- Cooling Fan replacement
- Assist Digital Field Technician field work
- Deliver parts to the field
- Assist in the warehouse and on bench repair
- Comfort and familiarity with electro‑mechanical components
- Ability to use common hand and power tools (eg drills, screwdrivers and wrenches), may require use of specialized tools
- Follow documented procedures (ours or generally accepted procedures, please clarify) in fitting, adjusting and proper functioning of parts
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and procedures
- Ability to lift and sustain 50 lbs. overhead for a short period of time
- A self‑starter is preferred
