Legends - - Responsibilities:
Directly manage front of house team members (cashiers, bartenders, food runners) and interact with customers;
Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory using the digital inventory system;
Enter requisition forms to request inventory from warehouse team;
Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance;
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure policy compliance;
Communicate with Food & Beverage Managers regarding on-board events and incidents;
Encourage superior customer service in every guest interaction
