The Town of Plainville is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician III with HVAC experience to join our Buildings & Grounds Department. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on town HVAC and plumbing systems.
Required are a high school diploma or vocational training and at least five years in building trades with HVAC experience, plus strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
