HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to conduct HVAC service work across New York City, with a primary focus on Manhattan and the Bronx. The role involves servicing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems in diverse environments such as medical facilities and office buildings.
Responsibilities- Perform service and repair work on commercial HVAC systems across NYC.
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct brazing and refrigeration system maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their HVAC service needs.
- Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Proficiency in HVAC repair and service.
- Skill in brazing techniques.
- EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service.
- F60 and G60 certifications are a major plus.
- SST certification is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe role involves commercial work across medical facilities and office buildings, primarily in Manhattan and the Bronx, with a requirement to be open to working across all five boroughs. You will start your day at 7:00 am and benefit from the use of a take-home van.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queens, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
