Job Description:

Are you ready to build your career with the worldwide leader in transportation infrastructure, construction, and maintenance? If so, apply today! We are seeking a Groundsperson to join our team at Litchfield Asphalt Plant. Compensation $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties, including cleaning and maintaining quarry grounds and equipment. Assist with plant operations, including loading and unloading materials. Perform tasks related to quarry maintenance, including fixing equipment and performing repairs. Assist with safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced employees.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance. Able to work in wet and/or dry conditions and extreme heat and cold.
