The Fire Department, City of New York (FDNY) seeks a full-time Roofer in the Bureau of Facilities Management. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Carpenter, the successful candidate will repair and maintain roofs and perform related roofing tasks including tar and asphalt applications, shingles, skylights, gutters, flashings, and documenting work records.
New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. The position is open to applicants through the 55a Program.
