T-Brothers Renovations is a growing residential remodeling company serving Western New York. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations with a focus on craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

As part of our team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in nearly every aspect of residential remodeling, including:

• Kitchen remodeling.
• Bathroom remodeling.
• Whole‑home renovations.
• Finish carpentry.
• Trim installation.
• Cabinet and vanity installation.
• Interior door installation.
• Flooring installation and preparation.
• Framing and structural remodeling.
• Demolition and jobsite preparation.
• Custom built‑ins.
• Material handling and jobsite organization.
• Working alongside experienced carpenters while learning new skills every day.

Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of valuable skills.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Is dependable and punctual.
• Wants to learn and grow every day.
• Takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Respects clients, teammates, and their homes.
• Can use hand and power tools (experience is a plus).
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Previous construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but not required.

Character, integrity, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (overtime opportunities available)

Apprentice Pay: $18–$27 per hour, based on experience, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Compensation for experienced carpenters is competitive and will be based on the experience, craftsmanship, leadership, and value you bring to our team.
