Location: New York
Canary Technologies is seeking an AI Voice Implementation Engineer to own the technical onboarding for Voice AI deployments. You will work directly with hotel IT teams, PBX vendors, and carriers to provision numbers, configure telephony, and test call flows so calls route, transfer, and answer correctly.
You’ll read logs to troubleshoot and ensure compliance with E911, STIR/SHAKEN, and TCPA while shaping product-driven call flows.
